Fast Forward Film

The issues raised in this short film, shown in three episodes, will encourage young people to question their attitudes to life and their future.

The film contains five characters who are caught in a science fiction adventure. The main character, Ben, sees himself in forty years time.  The future Ben has a message for the young people which makes them realise that what they do now will ultimately have an impact on their future.

Exercises

The day will  be very interactive, with young people working individually or part of a team.  If GE Volunteers are involved they will work support the young people as they work together.

Workbook

Each young person will receive a workbook where they can record their thoughts.  It can then be used as a reference point for the future or to share ideas and concepts with parents, friends and school staff.

This workshop can be run with or without GE volunteers. To find out if there are GE Volunteers near you or to obtain the material to run this workshop yourself, please go to Contact Us.
